ORDER

This Writ petition was filed by the petitioner, to call for the records made in the impugned order in No.Ku.A.No.057760/417/Ni.Pe.1/U.5/Ko.O.Na.No.16 /2012, dated 21.12.2012, on the file of the second respondent and quash the same and consequential direct the respondents to regularize the medical leave from 16.03.2012 to 25.05.2012 and treat the from 26.05.2012 to 23.12.2012 as duty period with consequential benefits.
