ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.1342 of 2013, on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate at Tambaram.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the de facto complainant is personally present before this Court and she is identified by the Investigating Officer.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the de facto complainant and the petitioner have amicably settled the issue among themselves and to this effect, the de facto complainant has filed an affidavit dated 11.10.2017, stating that he has no objection if the proceedings in C.C.No.1342 of 2013, on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram is quashed.

5. Recording the submissions made by the de facto complainant in his affidavit dated 11.10.2017, the proceedings in C.C.No.1342 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, is quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
