This Application has been filed seeking to implead himself in application filed by the Trust to permit it to exchange the property of the Trust to the property of the applicant/ Trust. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing it was brought to the notice of this Court that a Memorandum of Understanding had been arrived at by the applicant along with the Trust, wherein, the applicant had been compensated to a tune of about Rs.2,50,00,000/-. A Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.1,55,00,000/- drawn at Equitas Bank, Purasaiwalkam Branch in D.D.No.600756027, dated 26.06.2023 drawn by the applicant/ purchasers by Mr.J.N.Ajith was handed over by the respondent herein to the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and he had also acknowledged the receipt. As per the arrangement, the applicant herein had given up all his rights in respect of the arrangement that has been entered upon by himself with the respondent/ Trust. Gba pursuant to the understanding and had also acknowledged that he had been fully compensated for giving up his right. There is no necessity for him to be impleaded in the application filed by the Trust for exchange of property and the application is accordingly, closed.
