Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned notices in file no.2023 / 0103 / 36 / 242973 dated 20.10.2023 and file no. 2023 / 0103 / 36 / 242762 dated 20.10.2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to take action on the petitioner's application in FORM - VI under Rule 12 of Patta Pass Book Act dated 25.01.2024 to cancel the patta no. 5572 stands in the name of the 4th respondent and issue the same patta to the petitioner.
