(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.K.Thenrajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 6.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that some of the survey numbers mentioned in the writ petition are village roads and some are classified as waterbodies. Survey would be conducted and depending upon the report of the survey, further steps would be undertaken in accordance with law.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned State Government Pleader, the writ petition, as such stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
