ORDER

The present Criminal Revision case is directed against the orders passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirupur in C.R.P.No.13 of 2017, dated 22.09.2017 reversing the orders passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Tirupur in Crl.M.P.No.1537 of 2015 in C.C.No.41 of 2017.

2. Mr.N.Manokaran, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present criminal revision, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Tirupur dismissed the private complaint filed by the revision petitioner in C.C.No.41 of 2017

vide his orders dated 15.03.2022 and all the accused were discharged of the offences of which they were charged under Section 245 of Criminal Procedure Code.

3. In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives for further adjudication in this criminal revision case. Therefore, the Criminal Revision case stands dismissed. No costs.
