Prayer in both the Revisions: Thse Criminal Revisions filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure against the orders dated 02.06.2015 made in C.M.P.Nos. 2111 & 2110 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Thirupathur, Vellore District and to set aside the same.

Accordingly, the criminal revisions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.
