ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2023 and to cancel the Patta No.502 in SR No.1000/2014 and to re-issue a fresh patta for the three plots i.e. Plot Nos.2, 12 & 13, measuring an extent of 0.03 acres each situated in S. Nos.51, 65, 66, 68/2 and 69/2 in Nerkundram Village, Saidapet Taluk after including the name of the petitioner also.

2. Since the petitioner has sought a very limited prayer to consider her representation dated 13.07.2023, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2023, on merits, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, respondents 3 and 4 and dispose of the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
