This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.11955 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13382 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
