this Court.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that both of the petitioners joined as Turn Clock Assistants in the TWAD Board, Urban Sub Division, Guduvancherry. Under the Rural Water Scheme Project, for supply of water through pipeline in the third respondent Panchayat, two over head tanks were handed over along with these petitioners for handling the tanks, on NMR basis. The third respondent Panchayat also passed the Resolution No.57 dated 27.05.1998, accepting both of them to work in their Panchayat from 27.05.1998. Since then, they were getting salary on daily wage basis. Under this background, the grievance of these two petitioners is that their services have not been regularised for quite long time. Although they have been working satisfactorily to all the Officers. When there was no response for their grievance from the respondents, they filed the Original Applications before the learned Tribunal, seeking regularisation of their services.
3. At this point of time, Mr. R. Govindasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a statement that the services of both the petitioners have been regularised and that they are working in different unions.
