ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.Prabhakar, who takes for respondents 1 to 6, states that even before the representation given by petitioner on 31.12.2024, patta of

respondent No.7 has already been cancelled.

2. Mr.Jaikumar, who takes notice for respondent No.7, states that respondent No.7 has an independent cause of action as regards the cancellation of patta, which respondent No.7 will pursue.

3. Mr.Prabhakar's statement that reply to the representation will be given within two weeks is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.
