Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 10.03.2021 in memo BCDFGISSSV No.05/2021 against the petitioner son Ajith @ Ajithkumar S/o.Vasanthakumar, aged 24 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and consequently, direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu viz., Ajith @ Ajithkumar S/o.Vasanthakumar, aged 24 years. The detenu has been detained by the second respondent by his order in BCDFGISSSV No.05/2021 dated 10.03.2021, holding him to be a "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. The said order is under challenge in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] would submit that the detention order passed against the detenu in BCDFGISSSV No.05/2021 dated 10.03.2021, on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.2085, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 04.05.2021 and produced a copy of the said order.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
