This Court vide order dated 26.06.2023, directed the Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila FTC) Court, Salem to dispose the DVOP No. 92 of 2014, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila FTC), Salem, through his letter dated 29.09.2023, seeks further two months time to dispose the above said case.

Considering the above, this Court is inclined to grant two months time to dispose the DVOP No. 92 of 2014.
