This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Vandavasi South Police Station, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai District to file the final report in Crime No.41 /2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Today, Mr.N.Venkatesan, Inspector of Police, Vandavasi South Police Station, Vandavasi, is present before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, on instruction, submitted that investigation in Crime No.41/2013 has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi and the same has been taken on file as P.R.C.No. 9 of 2015 for offences under Sections 147, 427, 294(b) and 506 (ii) I.P.C. and Section 3 Tamil Nadu Public Properties (Prevention of Destruction and Loss) Act, 1989.
