ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 10.09.2007 made in W.P.No.38792 of 2003 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the learned Government Advocate has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Rc.No.EsttI/E2/402/13709/2018 dated 24.06.2019. 3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
