This application is filed seeking extension of time to execute the bond by Joydeep Roy Chowdhury, Power Agent of the Petitioner, R.Sridhar alias Sridhar Ramakrishnan.

2. By order dated 12.09.2022, this Court allowed A.No.4013 of 2022 and permitted the petitioner to be represented by Mr.Joydeep Roy Choudry as power agent. Thereafter, the power agent had also deposed evidence on behalf of the petitioner and after recording the evidence by order dated 08.12.2022, this Court has granted the Letters of Administration to the petitioner in respect of the assets described in the schedule to the petition. The petitioner was also directed to execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the name of the Assistant Registrar (Original Side II).

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, time is extended till 20.04.2023 for execution of the security bond by the power agent Joydeep Roy Choudry. 28.03.2023 kal K.KUMARESH BABU, J.
