ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.07.2015 against the 2nd respondent and her family members and to proceed with the matter in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has already obtained an order in CrlOP No.11860 of 2015 on 06.05.2015. It appears that the petitioner has sent the present complaint dated 10.07.2015 by post on the ground that the Inspector of Police has refused to receive the complaint.

4.Under such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint in person with the respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
