CR.NO.930 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order as the petitioner shall deposit conditions amount in CRL OP No.28446/2018 on 01.03.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KUMARAGURU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by order dated 01.03.2019. The petitioner is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the Anticipatory Bail granted by this Court shall stand cancelled automatically. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.
