O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court in W.P. No. 18079 of 2019 dated 19.11.2024. 2.

The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that a proceedings in Ref.No.LL1/31528/2019 dated 23.04.2025 has been issued in compliance of the order of this Court. It is further submitted

that the permission has been granted to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests to regularize the service of the petitioner, viz., M.Karunanidhi in the post of Forest Watcher with effect from 01.09.1997 along with monetary and service benefits subject to the outcome of Writ Appeal filed or any other legal proceedings.

As the order has been issued rightly in compliance of the order passed by this Court, I do not feel anything remains to be considered in this Contempt Petition. The appearance of the respondent is disposed with.

As the order has been substantially complied, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
