Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30a.m. until further orders in order passed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.317/21 in Crl.OP.No.16229/2020 by the order dated 04.02.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.E.VENKATARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and now C.C number has also been assigned.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4783 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16229 of 2020, dated 04.02.2021 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
