ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P. No.22446 of 2025 dated 25.06.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 25.06.2025 has been complied with. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner that the order dated 25.06.2025 has been duly complied with inasmuch as the order has been passed pursuant to their order dated 18.04.2026.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner would only seek liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. If aggrieved, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
