This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking injunction restraining the respondents from in any way disturbing the right of the petitioner and the worshipers from using the temple premises and adjoining area for worshiping.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has not been granted any interim order and there is no interim order in favour of the petitioner for the past six years.

Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
