Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 31.01.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.1877 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(c) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 p.m., until further orders, stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
