(CRIME NO.1126 OF 2021).

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on every day at 5.30pm until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.361 of 2022 dated 10.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 10.01.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.361 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 5(e) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily on everyday at 5.30 p.m., until further orders, stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
