Heard Mr. S.P.Yuaraj, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Subramanian, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to implement the order in Memo No. 026303/195/G.43/G.432/2014-204 dated 04.06.2015 of the First Respondent and also direct the Second Respondent to transfer the Petitioner to Erode District in a suitable place as Field Assistant as directed by the First Respondent in accordance with law within a time frame as stipulated by the Court.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that as the Petitioner has been dismissed from service during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the relief sought has become infructuous and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
