O R D E R

The petitioner is the son of owner of property in question, which is a women's hostel, viz., Sri Devi Women's Hostel, Maatruvazhi Salai, Kulakkarai Street, Poonamallee, Chennai and prays for a quashing of notice dated 06.02.2019 issued by the respondent to the occupant of the property.

2.In a connected matter in W.P.No.6925 of 2019, this Court has passed an order recording that, representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2019 has been disposed of by the respondent and nothing further survives in that writ petition. There is also a recording of the fact that, arrears of Property Tax have been remitted in full.

3.In the light of the same, the impugned notice issued to the occupant of the property becomes infructuous and fails. This writ petition is closed recording the aforesaid position. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
