The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to return the cheque Nos.002162, 002163, 002164, 002165 and 002166 seized by the 2nd respondent in connection with C.S.R.No.254 of 2011 on the file of 2nd respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, the CSR has been issued, later on investigation was completed and complaint has been closed as no further action is required.
