ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as a sanitary worker on and from 25.08.1992 together with all consequential benefits.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 20.03.2013 to the respondents to regularize his services from 25.08.1992 and pay consequential benefits, but the said representation was not considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition. 3.On the other hand, the learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent and submitted that the regularization proposal of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner has been sent to the Secretary to Government and also to the Commissioner of the Rural Department; and if the said proposal is accepted by them, the petitioner will be brought into regular time Scale of pay and his services will also be regularized.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 20.03.2013 submitted by the petitioner, if not already disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
