Habeas Corpus Petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenue - MAGESWARI in C3 D.O.NO.98/2014, dated 21/11/2014. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.227, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 09.01.2015. Copy of the said Government Order, submitted to this Court, shall form part of the record.
