This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.515 of 2014 before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in Crime No.515 of 2014 has been completed and Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur on 30.07.2015 and the same has not been taken on file.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur to pass appropriate orders in the Final Report in accordance with law, immediately.
