JUDGMENT

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the parties to the dispute had preferred S.A.No.611 of 2019 also, in which both the parties had arrived at a compromise and S.A.No.611 of 2019 was decreed in terms of compromise dated 28.12.2023.

2. In the light of the disposal of S.A.No.611 of 2019 as per the judgment dated 27.03.2024, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as settled between parties. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

3. The Appellant is entitled to refund of the court fee. 13.09.2024 shl Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order
