ORDER

(Order of the court was made by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J. ) The only prayer, with which the petitioner has come up, is to direct the first respondent to consider their representation.

2. Heard Mr.V.Bhiman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.Bhaskar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. For some inexplicable reasons, the petitioners, whose services were terminated, have not come up with the writ petition challenging the order of termination, but, have come up with a writ petition seeking a mandamus.

4. In view of the limited nature of the prayer, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners with reference to the law laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court regarding the temporary employees and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
