The petitioner represented by her husband as Power Agent and the respondent appeared before this Court along with their counsel. Both the parties agreed the settlement arrived before the Tamil Nadu Mediation Centre, Chennai and the Joint Memo of Compromise entered into between them on 25.01.2018.

2. In view of the above submission of the parties and recording the joint memo of compromise, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 25.01.2018 shall form part of the record. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
