This Applicationhas been filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the petition under Section 34(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
2.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents would submit that they have no serious objections in allowing this application.
3.Heard both sides.
4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into account the submission of the 1st and 2nd respondents do not have any serious objection on whose instance the loans have been acquired, the delay is condoned.
5.Registry is directed to number the above O.P.and list the case along with Arb.O.P.Nos.18 to 21 of 2023.
