Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order .... petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders passed on 01.03.2021 in Crl.OP.No.4017/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SELVENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the conditional order "... the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders" passedon 01.03.2021 in Crl.o.P.No.1017 of 2021 by this Court, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court each and every hearing date without fail.
