Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the Respondent police not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the false complaint registered against them.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the false complaint registered against them, the petitioners have come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have also lodged a complaint against the opposite party before the Ramapuram Police.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.50 of 2014 before the second respondent.

5. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the direction to the petitioners to co-operate with the investigation, however, at the time of enquiry the petitioners shall not be harassed. If the respondent police finds that the dispute is purely civil in nature the same may be recorded and closed.
