When these matters came up for consideration on 04.10.2024, this Court passed the following docket order:

"At request of the learned Government Advocate, finally post the matters on 08.11.2024 for reporting compliance.

2. Admittedly, the respondents are supposed to comply with the order passed by this Court in the main writ petitions. In case, compliance is not reported by the next date of hearing, this Court will be left with no other option except to re-open the contempt petition and proceed with the contempt proceedings."

2. Today, when these matters taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents have not complied with the order passed by this Court in the main contempt petitions. In the circumstances, the contempt petitions are reopened. Accordingly, the sub applications are ordered.
