(CRIME NO. 427 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.2108/2022 by order dated 08.02.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. DURAI. GUNASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 11.02.2022 till date.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 08.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2408 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.00 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
