ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction for expediting the trial of the complaint case in S.C. No. 19 of 2024, pending trial on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ulundurpet and to complete the trial in a time bound manner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner had filed a complaint as against the respondent before the learned Subordinate Court, Ulundurpet in S.C. No. 19 of 2024. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Subordinate Court, Ulundurpet, is directed to complete the Trial in S.C. No. 19 of 2024, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
