Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to promote this petitioner as Sub Registrar Grade II in terms of the judgment of this Hon'ble Court in W.Ps. 17828 to 17832/2000 dated 24.2.2005 and consequently revise her promotion to higher grades with all attendant and monetary benefits.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, part of the grievances addressed in this writ petition has been redressed by the respondents. Accordingly, the writ petitioner was granted with promotion to the post of Sub-Registrar, Grade-II from the year 1988-1989. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the promotion was notionally granted with effect from 1988-1989, the petitioner would be entitled for further promotion in accordance with the seniority. Thus, the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation setting out all the grievances in respect of further promotion or otherwise within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider the representation and pass orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
