This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore to dispose of the objection petition filed by the defacto complainant in unknown Crl.M.P. in Crime No.1 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.On a perusal of the notes paper, it appears that from the year 2017, this matter is getting adjourned for one or other reasons. In such view of the matter, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore is hereby directed to decide the objection petition filed by the defacto complainant in unknown Crl.M.P. in Crime No.1 of 2017 expeditiously and dispose of the same within a period of four (4) months. 3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of .
