The fair and decreetal order dated 1.3.2019 made in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.406 of 2018, is under challenge in the present civil miscellaneous appeal.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was disposed of on 02.12.2019. 3. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this appeal. Accordingly, C.M.A.No.2056 of 2019 stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
