The 2nd defendant has filed an application to set aside the ex-parte order dated 21.03.2022. It is stated that unfortunately, the counsel was not present and therefore, the 2nd defendant was proceeded against and set ex-parte.

2.A counter had been filed stating that the 2nd defendant is trying to prolong the suit and to delay the inevitable.
