JUDGMENT

Earlier, this Court, on 08.07.2025 had referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. Accordingly, the parties have appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Madras and arrived at a compromise. The parties have also filed a joint memo of compromise dated 19.11.2025, to that effect.

2. In view of above, this First Appeal is disposed of, in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 19.11.2025. The said Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the decree. Refund of Court fee is ordered under Section 69-A of 2/6
