ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / A5, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294 (b), 307 of I.P.C., read with Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.156 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner and the other accused persons abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and try to assault him and also caused damage the two wheeler of the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he would pray to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he had bad antecedents in his credit. He would further submit that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner, which are similar in nature. Hence, he would strongly oppose for grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsels and that there are two previous cases of similar nature are pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
