1. Mr.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellants does not wish to press the captioned appeals. Further, the learned Snior Counsel says that directions can be issued to expedite the completion of pleadings in the suit.
2. Mr.A.L.Somaiyaji and Mr.Ragavachari, learned Senior Counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents say that they would have no difficulty in filing their written statements in the suits.
3. Accordingly, the defendants in the pending suits, will file their written statement within four (4) weeks. The suits will be posted before the Single Judge after six (6) weeks for framing of issues and thereafter, for disposal as per law.
4. With these aforesaid directions, the captioned appeals are disposed of. It is needless to say that trial of the suits will not have any impact in the judgment or any observations made during the pendency of these appeals. (R.S.A.J.)
