[Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J] The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a Memo, which reads as follows:- "It is submitted that the above First Appeal is settled out of Court between the parties. Hence, the Appellant through his referral advocate informed us that he is not willing to contest the above matter and sought to withdraw the same. I am herewith enclosing the Email from referral Advocate requesting us to withdraw of the above first appeal.

Hence I therefore pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the same and dismissed the above first appeal as withdrawn."
