O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing 2nd respondent to consider and dispose the reply statement dated 06.12.2021 submitted by the petitioner within a reasonable time on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents have no objection to conclude the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In the light of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and considering the limited scope of prayer, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner on or before 15.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
