This application has been filed to condone the delay of 188 days in filing the application to receive the written statement of the fourth respondent in the above captioned suit.

2. Ms.Aishwarya S. Nathan, learned counsel for the fourth respondent would submit that she has no objection in allowing the present application.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
