.. Respondent Prayer:- Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.5116 of 2016 dated 08.03.2016.

O R D E R

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the respondent/contemnor is present

before this Court and he had also filed his counter. 2.The petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition stating that the respondent/contemnor had willfully disobeyed the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5116 of 2016 dated 08.03.2016. Even after issuance of the contempt notice, the contemnor had neither sent a reply nor obeyed the order passed by this Court, though a specific direction was given to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.432 of 2014 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

3.At the time of admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) took notice on behalf of the respondent. Today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that already final report has been filed on 17.11.2016 in C.C.No.89/2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram.

The respondent/contemnor has also filed an affidavit tendering his unconditional apology for implementing the order passed by this Court belatedly.

4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
